1# Case stydy
Client:
A European manufacturer specializing in high-end leather handbags for luxury fashion brands.
Challenges:
Limited production space – The previously used machines were bulky, making it difficult to organise the workflow and creating frustration among operators.
Slow edge painting process: Multiple paint layers were required to achieve the desired quality. Low productivity.
🔹 Compact and Efficient System We recommended the PL1200 D machine – a modular system combining three functions in one: painting, cleaning, and storage. Thanks to its compact footprint, the client was able to optimize production space, improve workflow, and increase operator satisfaction.
🔹 Adjustable Paint Application System (9 Levels) – The system allows precise control over paint thickness, reducing the need for multiple applications – from 3–4 layers down to 2–3. The integrated cleaning module further enhanced quality by removing excess paint, ensuring a perfect edge finish.
🔹 Color Change Without Disassembly – The magnetic head system enabled the client to switch colors without dismantling components. This reduced preparation time for short series from over 20 minutes to under 5 minutes.
🔹 Minimal Paint Waste (SARES System) – Thanks to its ability to operate with as little as 15 grams of paint, the system eliminated the need to fully drain and discard paint with each color change. This resulted in substantial savings on expensive paints and contributed to more sustainable production.
Over 30% more production space freed up.
Reduced color change time – from 20+ minutes to under 5.
15% increase in output within the same working hours.
Reduced paint and consumable costs.
Higher motivation and satisfaction among operators.
2# Case stydy
Client:
A luxury handbag manufacturer, specialized in high-end leather goods for premium fashion brands in Europe.
Challenges:
🔹 Mobile and Lightweight Machine – BPL1410 We recommended the BPL1410 model – the most compact and ergonomic machine in our range, designed with an ultra-light body that allows the operator to move freely around the product without being restricted by a fixed table or setup. It is extremely easy to handle and ideal for manual work on fully assembled items.
🔹 Cordless Operation via Power Bank – Thanks to its ultra-low power consumption (only 2W), the BPL1410 can operate using a portable power bank, giving the user full mobility to paint anywhere in the production facility – even outside of the designated finishing zones.
🔹 High-Quality Results in Manual Mode – The operator can easily guide the machine around the product and take full advantage of the 9-level paint control system, ensuring perfect coverage, even in hard-to-reach areas and complex edges.
Faster edge painting on large finished products.
No need to move or reposition heavy handbags.
Superior edge quality, even in difficult-to-access areas.
More flexible and operator-friendly process.
Minimizes defects from pressure or repositioning.
3# Case stydy
Client:
A luxury leather goods manufacturer, specialized in handbag production for high-end brands. The company typically works with long production runs and delicate leathers, which require minimal intervention and maximum control.
Challenges:
🔹 Ultra-Compact Machine: BPL1310 – We recommended the BPL1310 model – the smallest machine in our range, designed to take up minimal floor space while delivering maximum efficiency for long and uniform production runs. Perfect for clients with limited space or mobility requirements.
🔹 No Cleaning Module Required – The BPL1310 functions perfectly without any additional modules, making it ideal for delicate materials that require minimal mechanical intervention.
🔹 Optional Upgrade – When Needed For occasional work with standard leathers, the client has the option to add a separate BPL1330 cleaning unit. This allows for flexible adaptation to different material types without investing in a completely new setup. We recommended a 2:1 configuration – one BPL1330 cleaning machine for every two BPL1310 units. This allows two operators to share a cleaning unit only when necessary, minimizing investment and maximizing efficiency.
Minimal footprint in the production space.
High efficiency with long production series.
No risk of damaging delicate leathers.
Flexibility for various production scenarios.
Low energy consumption and power bank compatibility.
